You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some portions of the website may not function properly.

How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Process orders, verify insurance eligibility, coordinate physician documentation, schedule deliveries, provide equipment and services, process payments, and administer accounts.

Online Purchases Through Sleeplay

Certain products or services referenced on this website may include links to Sleeplay.com, an independent online retailer. If you choose to purchase through Sleeplay.com, you will leave the AHCE website and complete the transaction directly with Sleeplay.com. Those purchases are governed by Sleeplay.com's own terms and privacy policy. AHCE is not responsible for Sleeplay.com's collection, processing, storage, or handling of information related to those transactions.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment processors. AHCE does not intentionally store complete payment-card information except as necessary to complete an authorized transaction or as otherwise permitted by law.

Third Party Service Providers

We may disclose information to service providers that perform authorized functions for us, including payment processors, shipping companies, website hosting providers, analytics providers, customer-support platforms, cloud service providers, technology vendors, telecommunications and messaging providers, insurance clearinghouses, billing companies, healthcare partners, physicians, and referral sources. These parties may use information only for authorized purposes and are required to protect it as applicable to their role and governing law.

Website Analytics

We may use Google Analytics or similar technologies to understand website usage and improve user experience. These providers may collect technical information about your visit in accordance with their own policies and our settings.

Marketing Communications

Where permitted by law and with any consent required for the communication channel, we may send product updates, company announcements, promotional offers, educational information, and newsletters. You may unsubscribe or withdraw consent using the instructions provided in the communication or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the request was received.

Text Messaging and SMS Consent

If you expressly consent to receive text messages from American Homecare Equipment, Inc., we may send conversational and informational SMS or MMS messages concerning customer-service inquiries, appointments, equipment deliveries, order status, supply orders, service requests, account notifications, billing-related communications, therapy or compliance reminders, prescription-renewal requests, recalls, safety notices, and other communications related to products or services you receive from us.

If you separately consent to promotional text messages, we may send information about AHCE products, services, educational programs, or promotional offers. Consent to informational messages does not by itself constitute consent to promotional messages.

Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any product or service. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile Information and Consent Sharing

No mobile information, mobile opt-in data, or text-message consent will be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose mobile information to telecommunications carriers, messaging platforms, and other service providers only as necessary to transmit, administer, support, secure, or document our text-messaging program. Those providers are not authorized to use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, but we will not transfer consumer SMS consent for another party's marketing.

We may also disclose information with your authorization. AHCE does not sell personal information. The restrictions stated in the Mobile Information and Consent Sharing section apply specifically to mobile information and SMS consent.

Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have rights to access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of certain information, obtain a copy of information, limit certain processing, or opt out of marketing communications. These rights may be limited where information must be retained or processed for healthcare, payment, legal, security, or regulatory purposes. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. Third Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including Sleeplay.com and other service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, availability, products, or services of third-party websites. Review their policies before providing information.

Changes to This Policy and SMS Terms

We may update this Privacy Policy and the incorporated SMS Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
